Superintendent Noah and First Lady Carrie Rosser were the faithful leaders of Bowdon Church of God in Christ for over 60 years. They believed in God, family, and education. They loved the youth and supported them as active participants in the church. Their legacy will live on forever! In their honor, the Rosser family and Bowdon Church of God In Christ are presenting $500 scholarships at the 5th Annual Legacy Celebration on July 10, 2027.
